... what do April snow storms bring?
In other news, I did massive errand running yesterday, including the annual splurge at the grocery store for discounted candy. Those chocolate-covered marshmallow eggs are very nearly narcotic, I tell you (and at fifty cents a dozen, far cheaper than drugs). And I found Cocoa Peeps, which looked more interesting than the usual pastel varieties, so I got some. I suspect they still taste like pure sugar.
Also hit Great Clips, as it'd been two and a half years since I had my hair cut. Just enough to make the ends not all straggly anymore, lest anyone panic like my partner did when I mentioned going to the stylist. Usually I have a hard time justifying spending $14 on anything as straightforward as one of my hair cuts (15 minutes tops), but I got a half-price coupon in the mail.
Two interesting points:
One, they asked if I'd been there before. I said I had, but a long time ago, and my info had changed since then. "That's okay," quoth the stylist, "as long as you're in here." And proceeded to do her keyboard vodoo, then declared I could go back. It should be noted that at no time did she request my new info. So it's not really me in there, is it?
Two, she commented that it really HAD been a long time, and that it was amazing that my hair was so healthy. Because, you know, people can't possibly have nice hair unless they go to the salon every month.
/facepalm
Yay marshmallow/chocolate eggs, though.

Sadly, no chocolate-covered marshmallow eggs in my area. I hear you on the hair-cutting, too. When people ask me how I keep my hair so healthy, I reply: Wash, condition, air-dry. Brush only when necessary. Hope you have a good weekend! :)
